Zum Moghulhof in Vienna

Outstanding delicious! The amazing smells coming from this restaurant as we walked by lured us back in we sat down outside. I had an amazing chicken curry recommended by our waiter and my wife had the Tandoori with lamb. The bill came to $54 it was well worth it. We did think it was kind of weird that they charged us a dollar each as a setting fee. I think that was for sitting outside at the tables.

Quaint but marvellous interior. Friendly staff and hearty portions of Indian delicacies! The only downside was the pricey classic menu.

After eating an overpriced meal which I paid without getting a receipt, I realized after less than an hour that I got food poisoned. Never again.

Delicious, flavourful food. We had Moghul plate for 2. Started with lentil soup, then a variety which included tandoori grill, muglai korma, gosht curry, sabzi bhaji with rice and naan. Nice interior and friendly service.

Delicious and great service

Our best meal in Vienna! Tired of hunting around for a restaurant that’s open on Christmas, we stumbled at this place and were so pleasantly surprised by their sooper fast and uber friendly service! We had lunch and later came back for dinner as well. The food is delicious, the ambience is warm, the staff is friendly :) Would highly recommend this place!

Came here 10 years ago while visiting Vienna. Loved it then and wasn't disappointed today! Authentic Indian taste...Ordered veg biryani, malai kofta plus tandoori roti and mango lassi.

Nice restaurant whit nice food and friendly staff!!!

The restaurant lacks atmosphere and the food is okay, but nothing special. The dishes we tried tasted somewhat bland and the prices for some drinks are just a joke - 6€ for a 0,5l non alcoholic mango juice is not acceptable. At least the lemon soda or raspberry soda are affordable with 3,6€ for 0,5l.

Good indian food

Very bad customer service. Dal was not good, we returned it and they gave us another dal. They charged for both of the dal. This is the second time we came here so they know us and still overcharged us. No more going here next time..

Our visit to Austria was superb. It was just soo hot but otherwise great. We visited Zum Moghulhof for a Dinner. It was the highlight of our Trip!!The food was very typical Indian and very very Tasty. The Garlic Naan was the best I have had. I totally recommend this restaurant. The Service was also great. Thankyou.

After trying quite a few curry houses in Vienna. This has to be my favourite. More like "traditional" Currys. Nicely spiced with chilli heat set to your request if you want! Will be going again.

Ordered Tandoori mix (28), Lassan Naan, Mango LassiServing time: 15 minMeat is a tiny bit dry, but the rest is top-notch. Mango lassi is a bit watery. Chutneys are wonderful.

Relaxed outdoor dining on the patio which was charming. It’s covered so it’s protected from the sun . My lunch had the flavor of a typical Indian meal, delicious curry, the rice was perfectly cookedand there was ample chunks of chicken in my dish.I started with a samosa which was large , stuffed with a lot of vegetables and potatoes and also perfectly prepared. I ended my meal with mango ice cream which was topped with coconut &whip cream. The service was professional, friendly,very efficient. They offer lunch specials which areinexpensive & good. Prices excellent. I recommend this restaurant when your wanting a taste of India.
